Joel is a PR and communications expert with 25 years of experience in broadcast, media and entertainment. He has managed campaigns promoting some of the most well-known figures in the arts, media and broadcasting including James Graham, Jeremy Vine, Christiane Amanpour, Piers Morgan and Janet Street-Porter. Joel’s broadcast PR career began at Sky before he moved onto roles with leading global brands including Discovery Channel, CNN International, The Telegraph, Reuters, Publicis Groupe UK, and Channel 5 / Paramount. Since 2023, Joel has worked on a consultancy basis on a wide range of TV, film and broadcast clients including House Productions, Red Planet Pictures, Buzz 16 and Versa Studios. He joined the team at 1185 Films last autumn and manages all aspects of publicity and B2B trade communications around content and projects. Joel also consults for Vivid Broadcast, who deliver broadcast facilities and engineering to the broadcast industry.
