1185 Group is full-service film, TV and commercial group that offers end-to-end production, post-production and talent for filmmakers, broadcasters, production companies, brands and agencies, as well as consultancy on film and TV funding. To deliver the highest quality of service to our different clients and partners, we've restructured the new group into five focused divisions: 1185 Films, 1185 Post, 1185 Commercial, 1185 Talent and 1185 Consult.

1185 Films was founded in 2003 by producer and director Nick Franco. People say we’re a bit rock’n’roll. We think that's because we break down barriers, we say what we mean and we're always willing to take creative risks. But, like any successful rock‘n'roll outfit, we’re highly professional, we always deliver and we’re always on time. The 1185 name is from the 1.85:1 widescreen cinema aspect ratio, because our love of the cinematic inspires everything we do.
