Scotland’s clans have been An essential part of the Scottish identity for centuries. Most people will Remember them from Dramas like Outlander, and films like highlander.

Yet, far from being a historical curiosity, These clans are still very much Activeacross Scotland to this day. Some of their chiefs are landed gentry, schooled in the grand public schools with careers in the city, are simple farmers and builders, one is only 30, the oldest 99.

Their Clan societies keep the history alive, catering to the Scottish diaspora, from the United States to Australia, Jamaica to New Zealand, tracing their roots back to Scotland.
